Zach Harris is a licensed Georgia attorney practicing general civil litigation, focusing on business
and commercial law. Prior to joining Atwood Choate, he served as deputy counsel for the Georgia DNR offices. There he argued administrative hearings and advised matters including coastal permitting, procurement and contracting, public policy, legislative initiatives and administrative rulemaking, real property and land use, litigation strategy, and ADA planning.
