The Georgia Board of Natural Resources has appointed attorney Zachary B. Harris of St. Simons Island to the Coastal Marshlands Protection and Shore Protection Committees. The Committees hear permit applications for coastal projects and activities falling under the Georgia Coastal Marshlands Protection and Shore Protection Acts. Harris joins fellow coastal members Stan Humphries of St. Simons Island, Henry Morgan of Tybee Island, and Rick Gardner of Richmond Hill.
