"Bridge of Spies," starring Tom Hanks, tells the true story of James B. Donovan who was recruited by the CIA to negotiate the exchange of US pilot Gary Powers for a Soviet KGB spy. Free & open to the public.
On Thursday, January 19, Mary Ellen Donovan Fuller, James Donovan's daughter, will discuss his 1967 book "Strangers on the Bridge," which was the basis for the movie. Also a free event open to the public. Talk will take place in Room 108 of the Casino Building at 7pm.
