Considered one of the greatest films ever made, The Rules of the Game (La règle du jeu), by Jean Renoir, is a scathing critique of corrupt French society cloaked in a comedy of manners in which a weekend hunting party at which amorous escapades abound among the aristocratic guests-which are also mirrored by the activities of the servants downstairs. The refusal of one of the guests to play by society's rules sets off a chain of events that ends in tragedy.

Cinema Gourmet tickets are $18/person and include food, talk and screening. Food is served at 6:30pm, talk begins at 6:50pm, and screening starts at 7:15pm. Tickets for talk and screening without food may be purchased at the door for $7/person. Tickets including food must be purchased by the Monday prior to the screening and will not be available online after that time. (Please note: Chef Judah can accommodate vegetarian options if advance notice is given.
