Festa dell' Arte, an exhibit of more than sixty works of art from thirty-eight local and regional artists celebrating the inspirational splendor of Italy, will be on display at Glynn Visual Arts Center on Beachview Drive from September 3-27. Whether depicting the water roads of Venice, cityscapes of Rome, or the Italian people and their lifestyle, this tastefully inspired show should not be missed. The works will consist of oils, watercolors, pastels  and photography.

The opening reception will be held on September 4th from 6-8 pm, with Italian inspired appetizers, wine, and entertainment. Acclaimed soprano, Tina Zenker Williams, will be performing arias from the greatest Italian operas during the reception. A member of the Charleston based Taylor Festival Choir, Ms. Williams has performed regionally with the Florida Orchestra and the Savannah Symphony. Her opera roles include Norina in Don Pasquale, Belinda in Dido & Aeneas, and Annina in La Traviata among others. Tickets to the opening may be purchased online or by calling the gallery. Admission is $30 and Glynn Visual Arts members may attend for $20.
