The folks in the kitchen at Southern Soul Barbeque have been getting creative y'all...Come see what all the raves (like those in this Garden & Gun article) are about at this dinner under the portico as the guys prepare a gourmet spread paired with craft beer from Georgia's Wild Heaven Brewery. The pit will be fired up and the coals glowing as live bluegrass fills the air. Grilled Beer-Can Quail, Smoked Beef Belly Eggs Benedict with Collard Green Chips, and Maple Pecan French Toast are just a few of the items that will be served while reps from Wild Heaven Craft Beers pour seasonal offerings and classics.
