Sweet Onion & Blue Cheese Gratin
Blue Cheese & Sweet Onion Gratin

Ingredients:
1 large sweet onion
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
Directions:
Peel and roast onion. In small saucepan, combine all ingredients except bleu cheese. Bring to simmer and whisk in bleu cheese. Chop roasted onion and add into ingredient mixture. Pour into oven safe bowl, top with bleu cheese and bake for 10 minutes. Serve with toast points or pita chips.
