More than 170 people attended the 9th annual Have a Heart for Manna House Dinner Dance at The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort, the ministry’s only major fundraiser, and the funds raised this year were more than double what was brought in for the 2014 event. The Have a Heart for Manna House committee of Katie and Joe Bolinger, Jane Bozza, Beth Brockwell, Cathy Erickson, Barb Jokinen, Virginia Lensch, Ellen Strojan and Gardi Wood worked hard over the past year to make this event a success. They extend a special thank you to the following for grants and corporate donations: Lutheran World Hunger Relief ($5,000), Hello GoodBuy ($3,000), Ebay ($4,000) and Rich Products ($500). The event will return to The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort on February 6, 2016, so save the date!
