Shuck Cancer Oyster Roast at Rainbow Island

The American Cancer Society Victory Board hosted a “Shuck Cancer” oyster roast for their annual fall fundraiser rather than holding their usual gala event. In addition to plenty of roasted oysters and other delicious food prepared by the Sea Island culinary crew, the evening included music by Mason Waters & the Groove AllStars and the moving story from survivor Lauren Belt of her cancer journey.
