Since 2007, Cassina Garden Club has hosted the annual Tabby & Tillandsia Garden Walk Tour with a select group of garden owners opening their gardens to the public for the tour each year. This event has evolved into a much loved "Rite of Spring" for visitors and residents alike. The 18th Annual Tabby & Tillandsia Garden Walk & Plant Sale is scheduled for April 27, 2024.
Tour guests visit a variety of gardens, some planted and tended by the owners and others initiated by professional designers. Docents are available at each location to provide information on garden designs, features and plantings.
The event also includes a member cultivated plant sale and a garden party that will include refreshments and live entertainment by Annie Akins at the Historic Tabby Cabins, beginning at 3pm. All are welcome to participate. The Cabins are also open for tours during Garden Walk. The Garden Walk is the main fundraiser for Cassina. The funds are used to maintain the Cabins and Gardens.
Tickets are $35 in advance or $40 on Tour Day. They can be purchased in advance HERE.
