Get your deerstalker cap on — the play’s afoot! Comedic genius Ken Ludwig (Lend Me a Tenor, Leading Ladies, Moon Over Buffalo) transforms Arthur Conan Doyle’s classic The Hound of the Baskervilles into a murderously funny adventure. Full of humor, horror, and plenty of stage magic, five actors play nearly 40 roles in this kooky and spooky caper that will have you howling with laughter.

When the heir to a vast fortune falls victim to what appears to be a diabolical family curse, Sherlock Holmes and Dr. John Watson venture into the treacherous moors to crack the case. In this uproarious adaptation, Baskerville turns Arthur Conan Doyle’s classic narrative into a fast-paced comedy. With a versatile cast of five playing over forty characters, Holmes and Watson face an onslaught of clues, bizarre disguises, and deceptive antics. This comedic whirlwind challenges the detective duo to fend off danger and hilarity alike, ensuring the safety of the next heir before the mythical hound strikes again.

The company features professional actors, teaching artists, and students from Apex Theatre Studio.   Apex Theatre Studio is a non-profit performing arts training center located in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Apex fosters young artists with a passion and curiosity for acting, singing, dancing and stagecraft through a series of master classes, intensives, readings and theatrical presentation.
