Golden Isles Arts & Humanities presents Summer Classic Movies at the Ritz every Thursday in July!
The film for July 2 is "Yankee Doodle Dandy," the perfect movie to get everyone into the spirit of
the 4th of July Holiday. This film about the life of the renowned musical composer, playwright, actor, dancer and singer George M. Cohan stars James Cagney.
Free popcorn is provided by MTR Real Estate (first come, first served). There are also drawings for door prizes, as well as dining and drink specials at local businesses and a costume contests at each film.
Admission to each show in the Summer Classic Movies series is still only $5 for all ages. The box office opens at 5 p.m. Cartoons and shorts begin at 6:30 p.m. with the movie screening at 7 p.m.
