4 oz. Prosecco
1 oz. Peach Schnapps
splash orange juice
Directions: Pour Schnapps and dash of orange juice into champagne flute, fill with Prosecco.
Italian Margarita
1 1/2 oz. Disarrno Amaretto
1 oz. Jose Cuervo
1/2 oz. triple sec
3 oz. Sweet & Sour
1 oz. orange juice
Directions: Pour ingredients in shaker, serve over ice.
Negroni – “classic Italian cocktail”
1 1/2 oz. Tangaray Gin
1 1/2 oz. Campari
1 1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Directions: Combine ingredients and serve shaken and chilled.
