PINEAPPLE CHICKEN KABOBS

Ingredients
1 c. pineapple juice
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. honey
1 Tbsp. sriracha
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1½ lbs. chicken, cubed
3 bell peppers red, orange, and yellow, cubed
1 medium red onion, cubed
2 c. fresh pineapple, cubed
Preparation
In a bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and garlic powder. Add cubed chicken, cover, and marinate for 2-3 hours. Once marinated, thread the chicken, pineapple, peppers, and onions on grilling skewers, alternating the items. Heat grill to medium-high. Lightly oil grill grates and place kabobs on the grill. Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 12-15 minutes (or until chicken is fully cooked), turning once during cooking process.
